Presented as part of the MOMENTUM 12 Biennial in Moss, Norway, Cyanotopia is a relaxed, creative workshop focused on collaboration and peer-learning. We invite emerging visual artists, curators, art writers, critics, administrators and art students to join our speculative workshop focused on creating the conditions for a dreamy arts pedagogy. Together we will enjoy lunch, discuss the possibilities for peer-learning beyond the framework of educational institutions, and create a giant experimental cyanotype, which will imprint in sunlight our thoughts, ideas, and plans.

The goal of the workshop is to meet new collaborators and deepen relationships with your peers by exploring the process of making cyanotypes.We are exploring new methodologies for art education, and for growing sustainable art careers that are based on values of collectivity. We're inviting you to join us for a discussion into how you'd like to learn, grow your career, and support one another.
